I treat each client with the greatest care, respect, and professionalism. I will show you proper techniques for exercising and stretching. I will answer any questions from both personal experiences as a mother and serving as a birth doula many times before. I can be there at the birth (and after) supporting and guiding your delivery. It really is up to you how often you would like to meet and what my involvement may look like. It's best we discuss over the phone and set up a meeting so you can get comfortable with me and tell me what you're looking and then we can agree on a reasonable price.

A Birth Doula is a certified, trained person in providing proper physical, spiritual, and educational support to the mother before, during, and after child birth. Research has shown that the presence of a birth doula results in shorter labors with fewer complications, helps alleviate negative feelings, reduces the need for labor-inducing drugs and pain medications, and lowers the incidence of cesareans.
